Instructions
Making the Plum Sauce
In a wok, heat up the oil, and sauté the onion over a low heat
Add the plum juice, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, water, black pepper and mushrooms
Let the mixture simmer for about 1 minute
Pan Fry the Fish
Set the temperature to a low heat
Pour the plum sauce over the fish
Cover the wok and simmer for about 2 minutes
Add the chopped celery and green onion
